2001-07-09 :: 11:06 p.m. :: travels
so, this is where i've traveled(i skipped over years where i'm in the US or canada). one of these days when i'm not quite so lazy, i'll fill in more details and later add stories and such.

ages 3-6 :: lived in st. andrews, scotland (home of golf). stayed there while my dad got his PhD. in theology. traveled around scotland and through parts of england.

age 7 :: moved to australia (for the first time). went to new zealand on the way. lived there for four years.

age 12 :: on the way back to australia for another two years, went through japan, malaysia, sri lanka, and singapore.

age 16(?)::missions trip to russia

age 17 :: college class trip to honduras

age 18 :: spent a semester in london, re-visiting scotland on a break. traveled around england. after the semester was over, traveled in europe for a month... italy, switzerland. austria, germany, holland, belgium, and france.

soon to come ::

age 19 :: have just returned from a week-long trip to costa rica, as part of my internship. in four days, i head off to guatemala for the same.

soon to come :: fall semester, 2002, a cruise trip to the bahamas with my sister. January 2003 - (hopefully) a bus trip to Honduras (through mexico and guatemala) - from New York. sring semester, 2003 - a semester in iringa, tanzania.

(can you tell why i'm an intercultural studies major?... also with a missions concentration, french minor, and a sociology minor... did i mention i love school?)
